Small, quick and easy chocolate cake

This chocolate cake is quick and easy to make. Just stir the ingredients together and then it’s ready before you know it.  Small, quick and easy chocolate cake, gluten free, low carb, endometriosis friendly

The cake:

½ dl coconut flour
½ dl almond flour
1 teaspoon husk fiber
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder without sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
2 tablespoons tagatose
30 g melted butter or canola oil
½ dl milk
3 eggs

Mix all the ingredients and pour the mixture into a small baking tin (approximately 15 cm). Bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Let the cake cool down before you start spread the frosting.

Frosting:

50 g butter
1 tablespoon tagatose
1 tablespoon cocoa powder without sugar
1 tablespoon sour cream

Whisk everything together until the tagatose is dissolved and the frosting is soft and fluffy. When the cake is cold, spread the frosting on top of the cake and serve.Small, quick and easy chocolate cake, gluten free, low carb, endometriosis friendly
