Walnut- and flaxseed bread

This bread is low carb, gluten free, high fiber, and has a lot of the healthy fatty acids. It is really easy to make, just stir everything together and bake, thats it. And the best of all, it taste great even without any flour.Walnut- and flaxseed bread

10 eggs
1 cup (2,5 dl) flax seeds
1 cup (2,5 dl) sesame seeds
1 cup (2,5 dl) oat bran
1 cup (2,5 dl) coarsely chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon fiberhusk
1 teaspoon baking powder

Walnut- and flaxseed bread

Preheat the oven to 360° F (180° C). Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Transfer the batter to a small (approximately 2,5 pint or 1,2 liter) greased loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes. Allow the bread to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into it. Store the bread in the fridge.
