This delicious breakfast bowl is a great way to start the day. It is really easy to make, it’s packed with micronutrients, keeps you full for hours, is low in calories, gluten free, low-carb, and it’s fresh and taste great. It doesn’t get better than that!
Pineapple Chia Breakfast Bowl with Cottage Cheese
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 large spoons cottage cheese
8 pecan nuts
8 organic blueberries
8 organic raspberries
- Peel and remove the core from the pineapple, cut into smaller pieces. Puree half of it, and save the rest. Stir the chia seeds in the puree and leave it for 5-8 hours or over night.
- Serve the pineapple chia porridge with a large spoon of cottage cheese, some nuts, fresh pineapple and berries.
